That's right. For Jil Sander's A/W12 collection, Raf Simons seemed to channel a darker side of his creativity. From leathers, vinyls and latex to a subtle touch of embroidery of whales and dinosaurs on knitted jumpers, it represented another path of the designer for the label. As the iconic doggy bag appeared on the catwalk, it may be perceived that Mr. Simons might be taking some leftovers to his next move.
